MANUFACTURING
TEAM LEADER This position will direct all
manufacturing activities including scheduling and
inventory management. The company has begun to
transition its activities toward a lean manufacturing
philosophy that will rely heavily on active employee
participation and on-going process re-engineering. The
ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or
industrial technology with a strong background in
leading employee teams. Non-degreed applicants with
relevant work experience will also be considered. The
compensation package will include a competitive salary
and benefits.

work closely with employees to optimize and modernize a
traditional manufacturing environment will find this
position to be both professionally and technically
challenging and rewarding.
CABLE ASSEMBLER /
ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLER Performs any
combination of the following tasks to assemble
electronic components, subassemblies, products, or
systems:
- Reads work orders,
follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or
receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be
performed.
- Positions and aligns
parts in specified relationship to each as
instructed.
- Must be able to use
measuring devices such as a ruler and tape
measure.
- Solders parts in place
using soldering iron.
- Assembles and attaches
crimps, splices and other hardware, such as caps,
clamps, knobs, and switches, to
assemblies.
Preemployment onsite testing done to verify that the
applicant has the necessary skill set to be successful
in this environment.
Preemployment drug screen required.
